Hounslow Council

Parking permits

A parking permit will let you park in a specific type of bay that is reserved for permit holders. The bay or space which you can park in will depend on the type of permit that you hold

You cannot park in a permit holders space unless you also have a valid permit for the area or controlled parking zone (CPZ).

For more information on controlled parking zones (CPZ) please see our Street Parking - zones page.

Permits can be applied for by post.

A permit will only be issued on submission of a fully completed application form and the appropriate proof documents as listed on the application form.

Please note:

  • Some housing developments do not qualify for resident permits within the borough. Before renting or buying a home check you qualify by contacting us.

All permit renewal applications must be supported by the relevant documentation. We do not accept the proof documents that were submitted for your previous permit.
