It is possible to suspend bays from use for specific reasons, for example, moving house.
If you require a bay suspension please contact us at least 10 days before the suspension is required.
When bays are suspended, access by the gas, electricity and water authorities or road works, warning notices are displayed in the vicinity of the suspended area. These notices will contain the date and location of the suspension.
Vehicles parked in a suspended area may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed. It is therefore important that you regularly check the bay where your vehicle is parked to ensure that no suspension is due or has taken place.
If you go on holiday or away, it is important that you consider getting someone reliable to regularly check the vehicle so it can be moved if necessary.
