Applying for a Blue Badge

If you think you are eligible for a Blue Badge, or wish to renew your existing Blue Badge you must complete an application form and return it with the appropriate documents to us at the address below.

It can take up to 4 weeks to gather all the information to issue you with your Blue Badge.

All applicants are dealt with in the order they are received. If your application is approved you should receive your badge within the 4 weeks. However, if we require further information it may take longer.

To help keep issuing time to a minimum, please make sure you have enclosed all relevant information required along with your two photos and correct payment. All applications that are incomplete will be returned to the applicant without being processed.

When you have completed your application form and returned it to us, please only telephone the department if you need URGENT information or if you have not received your badge after the 4 week period.
