We accept debit or credit cards for any of the following accounts:
Council tax – 7 or 8 digits
Enter the 7-digit number from the reference box on your letter or payment slip. If the reference is 8 digits please ignore the last digit.
Council tax – 10 or 11 digits
Enter the 10-digit number from the reference box on your letter or payment slip, which will always start with a 1. If the reference is 11 digits please ignore the last digit.
Business rates
Enter the nine-digit reference number, which always starts with a 9.
Rents swipe card
You will have a 19-digit reference number across the centre of your card. Ignore the first 6 numbers, which are always 633574 then type in the next 12 numbers leaving the last number on the card out.
Rents 14 digits
Enter the 14-digit reference quoted on your letter or old rent book. Please do not insert dashes or gaps, as this will cause the payment to reject.
Benefit overpayments
Enter the 10-digit number from the reference box on your letter or payment slip, which will always start with a 3.
Leaseholder payments 14 digits
Enter the 14-digit reference quoted on your letter or payment slip. This number will always have a 4 the fourth digit from the end for this fund. Please do not insert dashes or gaps, as this will cause the payment to reject.
Invoice payments 13 digits
Please enter the 13 digit reference number from your invoice. This is made up of 3 letters and 10 numbers and will always start with an S.
Parking ticket (penalty charge notice)
Please enter the 10 character reference from your parking ticket (penalty charge notice). This will start with HW followed by 8 numbers. The last character may be a letter instead of a number.
