www.hounslow.gov.uk was re-launched last year. The site not only has a new look, but is easier to use and offers a range of new services.
The website improvements mean you can save yourself a trip and access services from the comfort of your own home. New features include the improved A-Z of council services, a quicker and more efficient search engine facility and new online forms.
Forms can be filled in on line, with a click of the mouse, go directly to the correct service with no need to print anything out or pay the cost of a stamp and envelope.
