Keeping council tax increases as low as possible means we can leave more money in your pocket - and in the current economic climate we know that's important to you.
Thanks to radical changes to how we deliver our services we have so far managed to freeze our share of the council tax bill for the last three years.
We are looking to see if we can once again freeze council tax for residents next year, and are consulting on the proposed budget for 2009/10.
