The Hounslow Council Mobile/PDA website allows you to keep up to date with council news and information on the move.
How to access it
Start your mobile’s web browser, and go to: www.hounslow.gov.uk/mobile
Please note that the mobile site is not WAP-enabled. You will need a web browser on your phone or PDA (such as Internet Explorer) to view the site.
What you can do
Keep up with the latest news from the council
Find events and things to do in the Hounslow area
Access essential council service information such as council tax, planning, parking, recycling or libraries
Access the latest planning application lists
Make an online payment
View council meeting information
What you can’t do
Please note that online forms are currently unavailable for any kind of mobile device. In addition, the Jobs application system and GIS maps system are not optimised for mobile devices, so you may experience problems.
Costs
Please contact your network operator to find out the charges for using the internet on your phone. Costs vary from operator to operator. Operators may charge for time spent browsing or amount of data downloaded. For example, if an operator charges £2 per MB of data downloaded, it would cost approximately 3 pence to view a page from the Hounslow mobile site.
