The Civic Centre can accommodate all your requirements including meeting and function space as well as being home to the Lampton Park Conference Centre which is available to hire for weddings, celebrations, corporate entertainment, conferences, meetings, and product launches.
We will guide you through your venue selection and ensure you receive a professional, efficient and personal service, whilst assisting you in creating an event to remember.

Lampton Park Conference Centre
Lampton Park Conference Centre is situated adjacent to the Civic Centre. This modern, glass-fronted purpose built venue, offers excellent facilities, flexible meeting space. The venue is filled with natural daylight and enjoys picturesque views across the leafy grounds of Lampton Park.
The fine modern landscape surrounding this building was designed by a Danish landscape architect, with a wide range of plants introduced creating a Zen like tranquility to the area.
The venue can easily accommodate 1000 people theatre style or standing and 750 people for seated banquets and comes with a spacious bar area.
The centre is situated moments from Hounslow register office making it a perfect choice for wedding receptions, as well as an ideal space for conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, community events, civic and corporate functions.

Council chambers
The council chambers are located on the first floor of the civic centre. A large circular room with a high galleried ceiling and fixed seating, ideal for meetings, seminars, conferences and ceremonies.

How to book
To find out when the facilities are available, please complete an enquiry form. We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
If the facility is available, you will be issued with a booking agreement and be given twenty days to confirm. All booking acceptances are subject to a 50% deposit payment and £400 refundable security deposit, to be received with the booking confirmation.
