The Teacher Recruitment Team works closely with Hounslow’s schools to manage a large number of recruitment and retention initiatives.
These are aimed at attracting quality applicants, and then developing and retaining our teaching workforce.
The team’s major projects include:
recruitment of Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs)
promotion of Housing initiatives
supporting schools and teachers undertaking the employment-based routes into teaching
recruitment, retention and development of school leaders
management of outsourced supply teaching services
