Length of time in temporary accommodation
Hounslow has a severe shortage of permanent homes, so most families spend several years living in temporary accommodation before they are permanently housed.
The number of people applying for homes is rising and the number of permanent homes becoming available is falling. This means the waiting times may continue to rise.
