Older people's volunteer pool
Made up of 30 volunteers who engage in a wide range of activities for us. These include:
recruitment and selection of social care staff
involvement in tendering exercisess
lay inspections of residential homes
Older people's panel - scrutinising health and social care services for older people
supporting the Safeguarding Adults agenda
representation on older people's partnership boards
mystery shopping exercises to evaluate the quality of social care services
