British Sign Language (BSL) is the first or preferred language of many deaf people.
Our service provides:
Interpreters - a sign language interpreter is a trained professional who interprets information from sign language into English and vice versa
Deaf-blind interpreters
Note takers
Lip speakers
Speech to text reporters
Interpreters are available on weekdays, weekends and evenings, for council, health and other public, private and voluntary sector services.
If you would like to book a BSL interpreter, please give at least two weeks' notice if possible.
