consult you on future service developments
develop services to meet the needs of different kinds of carers
provide a named contact to link you to services that you may need to help you
send you a regular newsletter to keep you in touch with what's going on for carers locally and nationally; and
keep you up to date with information on the services and organisations available to support you.

Who can join the register?
Anyone who provides regular care for someone can join.
The register is completely confidential and all information on it is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Hounslow Community Services has an access to files policy. All information received is subject to the Access to Personal Files Act 1987, the Data Protection Act and the new Freedom of Information Act.
How to register
To join the Carer's Register please download and print an application form, complete it and return to the address on the back of the form. The form is available to download on the right side of this page under 'Documents for download'.
We will contact you within two weeks of us receiving your completed form, to confirm your application has been successful.
