The carers forum is open to carers who look after

• people who are ill

• people with physical or learning disability

• people who suffers from mental ill-health

• people with a sensory impairment; and

• people with a drug or alcohol addiction.

The forum is held every three months and is chaired by the carers services commissioning manager. Carers can discuss how services for carers are working in the borough and how these can be improved. The forum also gives carers the opportunity to meet with friends and other carers.

We're also inviting guest speakers to the forum to talk about their services.
