Taxicard scheme - Jubilee and 2012 Games

Please note: If you frequently using the London taxicard scheme, please beaware of wait times with trips taking longer and journeys becoming significantly more expensive due to road closures and diversions during the Jubilee and 2012 Games.

Visit the London taxicard scheme website for further information.

Taxicard users in Hounslow will be able to ‘double swipe’ their cards after a decision by the borough’s cabinet committee to re-introduce the benefit as of 1 May 2011.

The Hounslow Taxicard Scheme allows London Borough of Hounslow residents with a mobility impairment which prevents them from using buses or trains to travel in the contractors’ licensed radio taxis - black cabs or Private Hire Vehicles at subsidised rates.

The scheme offers a 24 hour service, 365 days of the year.
