What if my needs change

People’s care needs do change over time. If you feel that your needs or circumstances have changed, you may contact us again and ask for a re-assessment.

If you are eligible for services, your needs will be reassessed with you from time to time. It is possible that as part of your reassessment we will agree with you that you should receive a different service. The point may be reached where you are no longer eligible for a service. If this happens, we will give you information about alternative sources of help if required. We will also tell you how you can complain about the decision. Any complaints in the first instance should be directed to your care coordinator who will provide you with information and guide you through the complaints process.
