If you already have a home but are finding it difficult to move around by yourself or maintain it, then we have information and advice that can help you.

In some situations it is not practical or safe for people to remain in their own homes. We can offer advice and information on sheltered & supported housing, supported living for people with disabilities, short stay care and care homes.

There are numerous residential homes right across the London Borough of Hounslow. We operate three homes; Clifton Gardens, Sandbanks and Heston House.
