Road cleaning schedule
Your road should be cleaned once a week, between Monday and Friday. This will normally be the day after your refuse and recycling collection. If you feel that additional attention is required, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assess your request.
Removal of dumped rubbish
We will remove most dumped rubbish and flytipping from your road within 24 hours of the waste being reported to us, as long as the rubbish is on Council land. Whilst we cannot remove any asbestos, please report it to 020 8583 5555 and we will arrange for a contractor to clear it as soon as possible.

Cleaning of private land
If you believe that any privately owned land requires our attention, you should use our call centre telephone number 020 8583 5555 to report the matter.
Our Community Environment Team will locate the owners and enforce the clearance of the land.
