Collection of your recycling box will be weekly and will be collected on your normal collection day.
If you do not have a box you can request one from us.
You can recycle the following items in your box:
Cans and Foil
Aerosol containers
Glass bottles and jars
Cardboard
Textiles
Shoes (in pairs)
Household and car batteries
Motor oil
Drinks cartons
Mobile phones and household printer cartridges
Note: We cannot accept paint of gas canisters
Paper will be collected using the blue paper bag - please do not put paper in your recycling box.
The recycling box and paper bag will be collected together.
Please rinse your recycling and flatten items, where possible, before placing it in the box. If cardboard is too large to fit in the box please place it underneath.
Please remove any plastic lids or plastic packing before placing items in your box.
Textiles and shoes should be clean and dry and put in carrier bags.
You can continue to sort your waste, within your box, in separate carrier bags.
Paper will be collected using the blue paper bag - please do not put paper in your recycling box.

Collection of your recycling box
Your recycling box will be collected weekly on your normal collection day. Please refer to your collection calendar for specific collection dates.
Please place your box out before 7am in your day of collection. It should be placed at the front boundary of your property, in a place clearly visible from the road (not on the pavement).
