We provide a weekly collection of rubbish, recycling box, paper and food waste for every home. Plastics and garden waste are collected on alternate weeks.
Our crews operate between 7am and 5pm on collection day. If you believe your collection has been missed we advise where possible not to report missed collections until after 5pm
Every household has been distributed with a collection calendar which shows your collection day and zone together with collection dates relevant to your road.
New calendars for April to September will be delivered week commencing 26 March 2012
Please note: your collection day and zone has not changed.
We are aware that the wrong calendar has been delivered in some areas of Chiswick. We would like to apologise for this mistake, correct calendars will be delivered within the next week. The collection day remains a Wednesday and has not changed to Monday.
Bank holidays
Your collection day will normally be one day later during a bank holiday week. Please check your calendar carefully for collection days over the bank holidays.
