In accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the London Borough of Hounslow produced a draft Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).
Following a 6-week consultation on the first draft of the SCI between August - September 2005, the council received a number of comments, which were considered and we have made a number of changes to the document. In accordance with Regulation 28, the SCI and accompanying documents were submitted to the Secretary of State on 31 January 2006. The submission version of the SCI was out for consultation for 6 weeks from 31 January 2006 - 13 March 2006.
In accordance with Regulation 31, all of the representations received from the consultation have been forwarded on to the Secretary of State on 31 March 2006. A summary of the main issues raised have accompanied this. A copy of all the representations received can be viewed at the Hounslow Civic Centre or at your local library.
