The accompanying schedule summarises comments received from the first consultation. It states how the Council has responded to it, the reasoning behind the response and any proposed alteration if applicable. The Council responds to each representation by noting, agreeing or disagreeing with each comment.
Please note that if the schedule reads ‘noted’ this is because no specific change could be identified to amend the SCI or that the comment was outside the remit of the SCI.
Unlike previous consultations on planning documents, objections from the first consultation are not carried forward. If you have raised any objection which has not been satisfied by the submission draft and you would like it to be considered further, please re-submit using the form on the SCI consultation page.
