Exploratory meeting
The inspector held an exploratory meeting on 7 November 2007 to discuss particular aspects of the document. The inspector has written to the council setting out his conclusions following the meeting, and drawing their attention to the areas of concern.
Pre-examination meeting
The inspector held a pre-examination meeting on Wednesday 9 January 2008, to explain the management of the examination and answer any questions that may arise about the examination process.
The meeting was open to the public and, for those unable to attend, the inspector’s notes from the meeting are available to download on this page and supersede the previous guidance notes.
Examination hearing sessions
The examination hearings took place from 11 to 20 March 2008.
Inspector's report
The inspector's report on the Employment DPD was received on 8 August 2008 and published on 7 October 2008.
