Core documents and representations

Regulation 31(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 states that the local planning authority must publish representations made on a development plan document on their website 'where practical'.  Due to the large number of representations received (approx. 250) it is not considered practical to scan each representation for reproduction in electronic format in the absence of a corporate document management system.

Summaries of all representations received by the council for the original and site allocations submissions are contained in the regulation 31 and regulation 33 statements available to download on this page.

We have prepared a list of relevant (core) documents used in the preparation of the Brentford AAP which you can download on this page. Paper copies of all the documents will be held in the examination library.

Please contact us or the programme officer if you would like to view any documents.
