The Secretary of State has appointed Mr Raymond Michael, MBA BSc DipTP MRTPI ARICS MIM, of the Planning Inspectorate, to conduct the examination to determine whether the Employment DPD and Brentford Area Action Plan are sound. His role is to consider all the evidence and produce reports for the council giving his recommendations for action. These reports will be binding on the council.
