The Local Development Framework Evidence Base is being prepared by the council.
A range of background documents and studies are being produced to inform the emerging Core Strategy and supporting DPDs. These reports will all form part of the evidence base of the LDF and will be posted on this page as and when they become available.
The evidence base will inform the policies and proposals in the Core Strategy and other emerging LDF documents.
