The Core Strategy is part of the Local Development Framework that will guide future development in the borough.
Residents, community groups and businesses will have a key role in the formation of the Core Strategy. The first stage of consultation on the Core Strategy, the Issues and Options, was carried out between May and September 2007.
The findings report provides feedback on the results of the consultation findings. The responses to the Issues and Options consultation, summarised in the report, will be used alongside other information and guidance, to inform more detailed options in the next stage of consultation on the Core Strategy, the Preferred Options (June 2008).
