Many people request information because they are buying a home and have found in a property search that the property may be contaminated.
We offer an electronic search of our contaminated land records at a location, for which we charge £90 for an electronic only report and £95 for a printed report (both prices include VAT).
This search identifies:
industrial history from the late 1800s to the 1970s
details from our landfill public register
details from our contaminated land public register
a list of available site reports held at the Civic Centre.
If there are complicated results to the search additional work may be required. This is charged at:
£1 for up to ten pages
£1 for each additional page (up to ten pages)
