How to use this website

This web page will give you guidance about how best to use the this website.

General internet usage guidance is available on the BBC website. This is a guide to becoming a confident Internet user.


The menu on the left of the screen shows the main content sections of the website. When you click on one of these content sections the relevant related subsections and pages will be shown below.

The current page is highlighted with a light green background to show you where you are. The sections you have clicked on to reach the current page remain visible in the left menu to help you find your way back to previous pages.

Alternatively you can use the back button on your browser to return to the page you last visited. You can click on the Hounslow banner at the top of every page to return to the home page.

If there are related web pages, forms, documents or external links associated with the page you are viewing, these will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen.
