Community Plan

The Community Plan is the document that provides the vision that all Hounslow organisations work towards delivering.

It drives the improvement of the social, economic and environmental well-being of the borough, and provides a framework from which action plans can be developed.

The LSP have consulted widely with residents and organisations to identify how they would like the borough to look in ten years time and local priorities for the next three years.

Vision

By 2017 Hounslow will be a borough that achieves the aspirations of its local community and continues to be proud of its identity. It will be a borough that thrives from a new sense of unity where communities continue to celebrate diversity and build cohesion.

The seven themes in the plan are:

• a cleaner and greener community
