Performance indicators are measures that can be used to track the council's performance and monitor progress against agreed targets.
The Best Value Performance Plan contains information relating to Hounslow’s performance against a range of performance indicators for the year 2007/08 and, where required, targets for future years.
This document meets the council's statutory requirement to prepare a performance plan. 2007/08 will be the last financial year that the Best Value Performance Plan is produced as it is no longer a statutory requirement. A standard set of 199 National Indicators have replaced the Best Value Performance Indicators as of April 2008.
