The Twickenham Event controlled parking zone (CPZ) - zone R - was introduced in 1999 to provide parking priority for residents and businesses in a number of roads surrounding the stadium.
The zone only operates when there is a major event at Twickenham rugby stadium.
Roads or parts of roads situated inside the zone fall under either the London boroughs of Richmond or Hounslow. Both councils have had complaints concerning parking problems in the areas to the north and south of the existing zone. The complaints reflect parking problems created by commuters or parking by those attending major events at the stadium.
We are looking for the views of residents and businesses in a possible extension to the zone. You can see a plan of the proposed extension by downloading the leaflet from this page.
Please complete the questionnaire and return it by Monday 6 July 2009.
