Parking charges will be introduced in Chiswick House car park to provide parking for visitors to the house and grounds. The charges are likely to come into operation in October 2012.
Once the charges are implemented it is likely that commuters currently using the car park will park in Park Road and adjacent roads, such as Staveley Road.
In view of this and previous complaints received from some residents of Park Road about long term commuter parking, in September 2012 we consulted with residents in this area on whether they would support the introduction of a residents' permit parking scheme, or Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ).
