Hounslow Council

Polling district and polling station review

This consultation is now closed - thank you for your feedback.

Every four years we are required to complete a review of our polling districts, polling places and polling stations. We last carried out a review in 2007.

The review of polling districts, polling places and polling stations started on 28 April 2011 and you had your chance to have your say by 20 June 2011.

The review has been carried out and any feedback we received during the consultation stage has been considered. Our returning officer (the person responsible for overseeing elections in Hounslow) has published her recommendations.

On this page you can read information on the notice, view the returning officer's recommendations and a map for each ward which shows the current polling district and polling places and any proposed changes.

In September 2011 we asked you to have your say on these recommendations.

Any changes to polling district boundaries or polling places will be formally adopted by Borough Council in November and will take effect from 1 December 2011 when the next electoral register is published.
