Our vision for customer care is:

  • To improve the choice we give to customers about the way they access our service ensuring that it delivers efficiency and value for money, for example on-line and self-service.

  • To make sure our staff use plain and simple language that is understandable to all our customers, both in writing, face to face or over the telephone

  • To make sure our staff have a positive attitude and the desire to continually improve
