We provide a range of support for 5 -18 year olds living in the borough of hounslow who care for family member(s) that have a disability, mental health issues, substance misuse or long term illness.

The service we provide includes:

• a dedicated young carers space to drop in to;

• fun/social activities and outings;

• activities on the school holidays;

• information and support;

• one-to-one support ;and

• the opportunity to meet with other young carers.
