To help further the objectives of crime reduction of Hounslow's Community Safety Partnership (HCSP), the partnership will share relevant information/intelligence on crime and disorder with statutory and non-statutory partners adhering to the following principles.
By signing HCSP's protocol, each partner declares its commitment to the principles and procedures it sets out. The manner in which information can be exchanged takes into account the following legislation:
the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), for the processing of personal information
the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA), for the rights of the individual's privacy and
the common law duty of confidentiality
