Anyone wishing to hold a car boot sale must apply for a licence. Certain conditions apply
Caravan Site
The Caravan and Control of Development Act 1960 prohibits the use of land as a caravan site unless the occupier holds a site licence issued by the local authority.
Highway Projections
A licence is required for any display that may protrude/project over a public highway.
