We provide a weekly collection of rubbish, recycling box, paper and food waste for every home. Plastics and garden waste are collected on alternate weeks.
Our crews operate between 7am and 5pm on collection day. If you believe your collection has been missed we advise where possible not to report missed collections until after 5pm
Every household has been distributed with a collection calendar which shows your collection day and zone together with collection dates relevant to your road.
If you live in a flat these new services will be available later on in the year.
Bank holidays
Your collection day will be one day later during a bank holiday week.
