The Civic Centre, Hounslow: Walk- in Service 8:45am-4:45pm Mon-Fri to hand in information.
Or an appointment system for queries 8:45am-4:45pm Mon-Fri.

St.Catherines House, Feltham : 8:45am - 4:45pm Mon-Fri, Wed by Appt. only.
Chiswick Town Hall, Heathfield Terrace : 8:45am - 4:45pm Mon-Fri, Thur by Appointment only.
Brentford Housing Office, 58-59 High Street : 9:00am - 4:45pm Mon, Tue and Fri by Appointment only.
Chiswick, Feltham and Brentford offices are closed between the hours of 1:00pm and 2:00 pm.
