Who can help if I am in hospital?

Hospital Social Workers are available to help with any personal or social problem connected with maternity, children and families, illness, mental illness, accident or disability.

What about emergency services?

If an urgent situation occurs you can:

  1. Contact your own doctor, if you are unwell.

  2. Contact the London Ambulance Service if you have had a serious accident or a medical emergency, and cannot get to hospital yourself.

  3. Attend the Accident and Emergency department at a local hospital for medical treatment.

  4. Contact the Out of Hours Emergency Duty Team for Hounslow Social Services on (020)8583 2222.
