The Sensory and Disability Team provides information, advice, support and counselling, including advice on money matters, benefits and welfare rights, housing advice and assistance as well as referrals to other agencies.
Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals can also refer to the West London Gay Men's Project website for further information and advice from professional health advisers.
