Refunds of course fees are only given:
When the class is closed by the Service and no suitable alternative is available, or
When the learner is unable to attend the class for medical reasons and this can be supported by an appropriate medical certificate
Resource, examination and assessment fees are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, credit vouchers can be issued for future courses. Credit vouchers are valid for 13 months from the date of issue.
We regret that courses have to close if insufficient learners have enrolled. Why not bring a friend to enrol with you and help to boost enrolment numbers?
