West London Gay Men’s Project (WLGMP) provides services for men who have sex with men (MSM) in West London and for other professionals working with MSM.
The project aims to provide clear and accurate information on sexual health and quality services to MSM. We hope that all men will become knowledgeable about HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), their exposure, transmission, detection, treatment and prevention.

Our services
'24s'
Our free condom and lube distribution scheme that you can sign up to in gay venues and certain sexual health clinics across West London. Each bag contains 24 condoms and a large bottle of lube.
'24s' online shop
If you are not able to get to one of our West London venus to pick up your free bag, we can post a bag of 24's to your home for just £7.99. We don't post fee bags of 24's.
Advice and support
For concerns about HIV, sexual health, support services and LGBT issues. Call free phone 0800 587 8302. We also provide leaflets on sexual health and a variety of LGBT related issues.
Free fast HIV testing service
For MSM at various community venues across West London, providing immediate test results in a friendly and comfortable setting. The service is a non-clinical alternative to attending a sexual health clinic.

Providing health and sexual health information for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
Resources service
Free online ordering service for MSM and those working with MSM. Leaflets include information about HIV and STIs, negotiating safer sex, coming out, drugs and alcohol, support for HIV positive men, escorts and sex workers, relationships, sexual health clinics and Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP).
Homophobia third party reporting service
For anyone who has witnessed or been the victim of a homophobic or transphobic incident. Call 0800 587 8302, visit our website or fill out the reporting form online. We also manage the homophobia and LGBT domestic violence reporting I-kiosks in Hounslow at the Windsor Castle pub and in Ealing at the West 5 pub.
Face-to-face health trainer service
In gay venues, public sex environments, sexual health clinics and other venues across west London offering support and providing clear information on sexual health to MSM. We offer health and sexual health life checks with accompanying support plans.
Community development
Working with GPs to help doctors’ surgeries and health centres across west London best cater to the needs of MSM.
Chlamydia screening
Self administered screening for all 16 to 24 years olds (LGBT and heterosexual).
GMI partnership
We are part of the pan-London Gay Men’s Interactions (GMI) partnership. The partnership specialises in one-one-one health training and counselling. Health trainers engage men in conversations in various settings with a structured and motivational content. Health trainers will work with men to develop a personalised action plan (if needed) to help move behaviour and knowledge forward to ensure healthy futures for MSM.
The GMI partnership also provides trained counsellors and mentors across London.
