Hounslow Homes - www.hounslowhomes.org.uk - wholly owned by the London Borough of Hounslow, is tasked with managing the council’s 16,500 homes and in 2006 saw the completion of a £100 million refurbishment programme, meeting the Decent Homes Standard for all the council's housing stock 4 years ahead of the government's deadline.
Services to residents include a customer service centre with a free phone number, dedicated anti-social behaviour team that also supports and advises residents, and a caretaking and grounds maintenance service.
We are responsible for home improvement works, leaseholder services, resident participation, home ownership, rents, customer services, training, partnering and procurement and service development.
