In some cases where a vehicle is parked illegally, we may remove it to our vehicle pound.
The present charge for release from the vehicle pound is £200. This charge, plus a storage charge of £40 for each day the car is in the pound, and the cost of the penalty charge notice (PCN) must be paid before the vehicle will be released back to you.

If you feel that you were not parked illegally you must pay the charges and then make a formal challenge. You will be offered a form on which to make your challenge. This must be submitted within 28 days - as instructed on the form.
