Improving and protecting our local environment is a priority for Hounslow Council. We are committed to making Hounslow a safe, secure, pleasant and healthy place to live.

Planning
The Planning services consist of a number of specialist teams, including those dealing with development control, enforcement, policy and conservation.

Rubbish, waste, recycling
The team deal with domestic and commercial/trade waste collection, recycling, community clean-up initiatives and keep you informed about waste collection dates.

Building control
The building control team is concerned with building regulations, associated health and safety, the provision of disabled facilities and energy efficiency.
