Hounslow Council

Bequests and donations

If you wish to donate or bequeath something to the borough, contact the museum or archive as appropriate to discuss your donation and to make further arrangements. Please do not bring items in without an appointment, as we cannot always accept them over the desk.

We will make a decision on whether to accept your offer based on existing collections, our collecting priorities, legislation and council policy. If we are not able to accept the item, we may be able to put you in touch with someone who can.

Objects of historical interest

If you have an item of historical interest, which relates to the history of the local area and would like to donate it to us, please contact the Gunnersbury Park Museum if it is an object.
