The Planning Inspectorate in Bristol deals with most appeals on behalf of the government and the secretary of state.
If you are lodging an appeal, this must be done with the Planning Inspectorate. If you are commenting or making representations on your, or someone else's appeal, you must send these directly to the Planning Inspectorate. They will send us copies, but you are welcome to send us a duplicate if you wish.
Information on how to make or comment on an appeal, copies of appeal documents and contact details can be found on their website. Please contact the Planning Inspectorate directly for further information.
